Noémi (no-ey-mi), or Noémie, is a French version of Naomi, a Biblical name from the Old Testament.

Naemi (Yuna's sister) is invariably called "Noémie" by people of French origin and "Naomi" by Anglo-saxons. She thought it would be funny to give this name to her little sister... her parents thought that having 2 girls called Naemi and Noemi might be asking for too much trouble but agreed to use it as middle name!
